Work Tasks We are looking for a staff member for our client located just outside Falkenberg. This is a combined role as a Painter/Welder with painting as the main responsibility. Working hours are during daytime, Monday-Friday. Painting In the painting department, you will be responsible for several steps in the process to ensure high quality in our finished products. Your tasks include: - Washing products in spray wash - Sanding and filling - Painting in our wet paint facility - Maintenance and care of the facility, including filter changes and equipment maintenance Welding As a welder, you will work with the manufacturing of sheet metal products where MIG welding is the primary method. You will be part of our welding team and work closely with our two current welders. The role also involves serving as an important resource and backup in the operations. Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with welding training or documented welding experience, preferably with MIG welding experience. You have good blueprint reading skills and feel confident working independently while appreciating collaboration with colleagues. If you have previous experience with painting or surface treatment, that is a plus, but we place great emphasis on your willingness to learn and develop in the role.
