The HR function is part of the Organization and Development department and works as strategic and operational HR support to the municipality's managers and operations so they can achieve their goals.
We are currently five colleagues in HR who share experiences, support each other in our matters, and help each other when workload varies. With us, no one needs to know everything from the start – we help each other find the answers together. We value engaged discussions, good collaboration, and people who like to contribute ideas and take responsibility for the whole.
One of our HR colleagues has chosen to take the next step in their career, which we are naturally pleased about. At the same time, this means we now have a vacant position on our team – and many managers who continue to need our support. We are looking for someone who appreciates the phrase "can I just ask a quick question…" – and knows that HR matters are rarely quite that simple.

Working with us is not just about knowing laws, rules, processes, and procedures. Of course, that's important, but the job is at least as much about people. And people are rarely simple. A question that initially seems to be about vacation can turn out to affect workplace environment, skills supply, team collaboration, and several different regulations. What on the surface looks like a simple answer often requires weighing the operations' needs, legislation, collective agreements, and people's different circumstances. That is precisely why we find HR so exciting!
We are looking for someone who enjoys situations where questions lack ready-made answers, who is curious about understanding what really lies behind a problem, and who sees opportunities where others see complexity.
Your role
In this role, you will work as HR support to one or more departments. You will become an important partner to managers and operations in their daily work and provide qualified, consultative, and operational support in their development work. You are also expected to contribute to developing our HR processes. You will have significant responsibility in your role and are expected to take initiative and drive matters forward in a long-term and proactive manner.

Your qualifications and merits
Qualifications
• Higher education or university degree in HR, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Alternatively, many years of experience in similar HR tasks
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

It is advantageous if you have experience with broad and qualified HR work and knowledge of employment law and collective agreements within the public sector. We would like to see that you have a B driver's license. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
