JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Planning Expert, your main tasks will be to conduct planning meetings and drive sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa. You will meet customers both digitally and on-site at Studio Elfa Stockholm. You will work in an inspiring environment and as part of a team of planning experts and studio hosts, who together will provide customers with a high level of customer service and create smart storage solutions. You will primarily: Conduct and follow up on planning meetings Drive sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, orders, and payments Assist visiting customers and process payments in the studio PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in interior design and smart storage solutions. Important for this position: Experience in administration and customer service, preferably from a similar role Strong analytical abilities and solution-oriented mindset Sales experience Good computer and system skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Finnish ABOUT THE POSITION The Planning Expert position is a consulting assignment and you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB. The studio's opening hours are: Monday–Friday: 10.00–18.00 Saturday: 09.30–16.30 Your work hours will primarily follow these times. The position is part-time and corresponds to approximately 50%.
