JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as Planning Expert, your main tasks will be to conduct planning meetings and drive sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa. You'll meet customers both digitally and in person at Studio Elfa Stockholm. You'll work in an inspiring environment and as part of a team of planning experts and studio hosts who together provide customers with a high level of service and create smart storage solutions. You will primarily: Conduct and follow up on planning meetings Drive sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, purchases, and payments Assist visiting customers and process payments at the studio PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in interior design and smart storage solutions. Important for this position: Experience in administration and customer service, preferably from a similar role Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset Sales experience Good computer and system proficiency Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Strong knowledge of Finnish ABOUT THE POSITION The Planning Expert position is a consulting assignment and you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB. Studio hours are: Monday–Friday: 10.00–18.00 Saturday: 09.30–16.30 Your working hours will primarily follow these times. This is a part-time position corresponding to approximately 50%.
