About the Position
As a Financial Controller, you will become an important part of the finance function and work closely with the CFO, accounting manager, and business controller on financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Your areas of responsibility may include reporting within the group, analytical work, preparation and development of key metrics related to consolidation and reporting. You will have multiple contact points throughout the organization.
In your role as Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
Drive analysis and monthly financial monitoring within your area of responsibility.
Provide financial advice and guide colleagues on financial matters.
Play an active role in closing the books, budgeting, and forecasts.
Identify improvement areas to ensure continuous development of financial and operational processes.
Support internal and external audits.
Please note that this is a position where you have the opportunity to submit your CV to work as a financial controller through Adecco. Your role and focus will be adapted based on the assignment's needs and your competence. The assignment period can vary, from shorter to longer engagements. However, employment typically begins with a probationary period of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
About You
We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics and previous experience working as a Financial Controller. Furthermore, we see that you are comfortable handling large amounts of data at a detailed level and have excellent Excel skills. We also appreciate if you are proficient in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, we see that you are thorough, organized, and communicative. You possess a strong ability to work closely with operations on tasks that span both high-level and detailed work. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, take initiative, and help your colleagues when needed. Additionally, you have a good understanding of accounting rules and financial processes.
Important for the position:
You have a university degree in economics.
Work experience as a financial controller.
Very strong Excel skills.
Very strong English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of K3 and IFRS.
Experience working with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
