As a Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for your management area and lead the daily work together with your customer team. You're responsible for ensuring well-functioning management where customer focus, quality, and long-term thinking go hand in hand. Your main responsibilities include: • Leading, coaching, and developing your customer team, which consists of maintenance workers and inspection personnel. • Ensuring that properties maintain a good technical standard through planned maintenance and ongoing supervision. • Planning, ordering, and following up on maintenance and renovation measures. • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial monitoring within your area. • Building and developing strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other partners. • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines. • Contributing to the development of sustainable, attractive, and safe living environments. Who are you? We're looking for a confident and engaged leader with the ability to create structure, build relationships, and drive development. You're solution-oriented, have good judgment, and are comfortable taking responsibility. We believe you have: • Education in property management or at least 5 years of professional experience in property management • Several years of property management experience • Experience with budget and financial responsibility • Experience leading or coordinating employees • Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • Class B driver's license As a person, you're communicative, unpretentious, and find it easy to build trust with colleagues, tenants, and partners alike. You're motivated by developing both people and operations, and you see the value in working together toward common goals.
