Experienced Extensions Specialist & Salon Manager

MHB Salong is seeking a driven and experienced hairstylist with specialized expertise in hair extensions who is ready to take the next step in their career. We're looking for someone who not only is passionate about creating amazing results for clients, but who also enjoys responsibility and wants to be an important part of the salon's daily operations. Your responsibilities Perform professional, high-quality extension treatments. Consult with clients and recommend the right methods and products. Ensure the salon maintains a high standard for service, organization, and quality. Manage daily operations when the salon manager is not present. Handle bookings, customer service, and basic administration as needed. Introduce and support new team members. Contribute to the sales of hair, products, and treatments. Work to provide every client with a luxurious and professional experience. What we're looking for Documented experience with extensions. Proficiency in multiple methods, such as sew-in, tape, keratin, microlinks, or similar. Previous experience as a salon manager, team leader, or in a leadership role (a plus). Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and responsible. Service-minded with a professional approach. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
