This role is perfect for you if you have several years of experience in CNC turning and feel confident throughout the entire process - from drawings and setup to production, quality control, and optimization. You will have an important role in the operation where your experience and technical understanding contribute to ensuring efficient production with high quality. Responsibilities Independently set up, rig, and operate CNC lathes Read and interpret technical drawings Work with tool selection and process optimization Perform quality controls and measurements Troubleshoot and adjust programs and machines as needed Contribute to improvement work and production efficiency Support and share your knowledge with colleagues as needed We Are Looking for You If You Have several years of experience in CNC turning Are experienced in independently setting up and rigging machines Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques Have a strong quality mindset and high technical understanding Are solution-oriented, thorough, and take responsibility Thrive on taking ownership of your work and contributing to the company's development It is meritorious if you have experience in programming and process optimization.
