Talenti is now seeking an experienced curator who wants to contribute with support, guidance, and psychosocial expertise. With us, you will meet participants with different backgrounds, experiences, and circumstances – where the right support can be crucial for success.
About the Role
Your assignment is to work together with the participant to identify obstacles, resources, and possible paths forward. Through conversations, mapping, and individual support.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Conduct individual support and guidance conversations
Guide and support staff in psychosocial matters
Identify support needs and necessary adjustments
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience working as a curator. You are confident in your profession and accustomed to independently assessing needs, conducting conversations, and finding paths forward together with the individual.
Since our participants have different experiences and life situations, you need to have an inclusive approach and a strong ability to meet people based on their individual circumstances.
It is a merit if you have experience or knowledge in any of the following:
Adult education or other educational activities
Social services or labor market initiatives
Mental health and PTSD
As a Person
You are attentive, confident, and solution-focused, and you find it easy to build trust. You work independently and in a structured manner, while also appreciating collaboration with other professionals.
You can quickly familiarize yourself with different situations and have the ability to see both the individual's needs and the opportunities available within the framework of the education.
