As Finance and Marketing Manager, you will have a central and operationally close role with responsibility for both strategic and operational matters within the organization. The role includes budget, personnel, and operational responsibility for currently 11 employees across several different functions, including finance and payroll administration, onboarding of new students, procurement and internal services, communications, student activities, student support, and collaboration with the business sector and external partners. You will be part of the management team. The assignment involves broad responsibility where you work both long-term and development-oriented while actively participating in daily operational work. Education and Professional Experience We are looking for you with relevant education. You have experience with similar tasks involving personnel, budget, and operational responsibility. It is advantageous if you have experience in: communications and marketing work collaboration with the business sector, public sector, and other external actors qualified administrative work change and development work in addition to Swedish in speech and writing, it is advantageous if you also speak Finnish/Meänkieli and English.
