About the Role As a Consultant Manager/Key Account Manager, you'll be a central part of our growth journey. You'll have overall responsibility for your consultants – from recruitment and onboarding to development and follow-up. You work closely with both clients and employees, ensuring that all parties feel seen, heard, and satisfied. The role also includes: building and developing long-term customer relationships managing staffing and assignment matching contributing to business development and growth recruiting and coaching new employees being an ambassador for our culture and values Who Are You?
