You will work with CNC milling machines and be an important part of production where accuracy and technical interest are highly valued. We are primarily looking for someone who already has experience with CNC milling, but we also view positively candidates who have basic knowledge and a strong desire to develop further in the profession. If you have the right attitude and understanding of machining, there are good opportunities to grow into the role over time. Responsibilities Set up, rig, and operate CNC milling machines Read and interpret technical drawings Perform measurements and quality checks Tool changes and machine adjustments Ensure high quality and efficiency in production Participate in improvement and optimization work We Are Looking for Someone Who Has experience with CNC milling or other machining industry Has good understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques Is technically interested and wants to develop within CNC machining Works carefully, with quality awareness and in an organized manner Enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating with colleagues Experience is always valuable, but we also place great emphasis on personality, attitude, and the desire to learn. You don't need to know everything on day one, but we would like to see that you have a foundation to build on and a genuine interest in technology and manufacturing.
