About the Position We are now seeking a CAM programmer for a well-established industrial operation. In this role, you are responsible for preparing and optimizing production by creating efficient machining strategies and programs for CNC-controlled machines. You function as an important link between design and production, ensuring that the manufacturing process is both cost-effective and of high quality. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop manufacturing documentation for production Create and optimize CAM programs for CNC machining Analyze drawings, models, and technical documentation Select machining methods, tools, and strategies Work closely with production, production engineering, and design Participate in improvement and efficiency projects Ensure high quality and optimal production economics We are Looking for You If You Have experience as a CAM programmer, production technician, or similar role Have good understanding of CNC machining, milling, and/or turning Are experienced working with CAD/CAM systems Have experience with blueprint reading and technical documentation Are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented Enjoy collaborating across different functions in the operation It is advantageous if you have practical experience from a workshop environment and have previously worked closely with CNC production.
