About Viljan
Do you want to develop in a leadership role within IOF and help create conditions for people to live independent and meaningful lives?
We are now seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for our IOF operation in Söderhamn. Here, engaged and competent teams work with a focus on quality, participation, and individuals' right to live life on their own terms.
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work close to the operation and be an important part of daily leadership. This role is ideal for you if you have the right educational background and want to develop within leadership, quality, and operations management in an organization where people and development are at the center.
With us, you will be able to make a real difference – both for the individuals we support and for the colleagues you work with.
About the Role of Assistant Operations Manager
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you work closely with the Operations Manager and other support functions to ensure well-functioning operations with high quality. You provide support in daily operations and actively participate in matters relating to operations development, quality, work environment, planning, and coordination.
In this role, you will gain broad insight and experience in areas included in leadership within Individual and Family Care. You will work closely with operations managers and operations, and gradually gain the opportunity to develop your knowledge in areas such as quality and legislation as well as economics, work environment, and personnel matters.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow, learn, and develop alongside experienced leaders in an organization that believes in investing in its employees.
Our Leadership Compass consists of four areas
• Create value
• We together
• Build trust
• Think new
The compass helps us reach our long-term goals, lead and develop our operations and business forward, and serves as a tool for leading ourselves and others.
Who Are You?
You have a relevant university education, such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education.
We appreciate it if you have experience from social work or working with people in need of support, but we do not require previous management experience or experience in IOF leadership. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in people, a desire to develop, and a commitment to quality and operations development.
As a person, you are responsible, organized, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating, build good relationships, and are motivated by contributing to both people's and operations' development.
