Job Duties As a work supervisor, you will become part of Sollentuna Municipality's labor market unit (AME), where we have consolidated the municipality's labor market measures. To our AME come people who need support to approach the job market. The needs vary greatly, and we meet people with different backgrounds, experiences, and life situations. Together we create individual plans so that each person can achieve self-sufficiency as soon as possible. Our work is characterized by respect, attentiveness, and individualized treatment. Our practical activities consist of reuse and service, facilities management, sanitation and graffiti removal, nature and park maintenance, and textile reuse. We offer motivating and skill-enhancing measures so that participants can start working or studying. Your focus area will be facilities management. You will work closely with participants to instruct and teach relevant professional skills related to facilities management. Furthermore, you will motivate and inspire our participants based on the methods we work with and make adjustments based on each individual's needs and circumstances. You work closely with other work supervisors. Together with labor market coordinators, you will develop individual development plans, set goals and sub-goals, and follow up on these continuously with the participants. It also includes holding follow-up meetings with clients regarding practical work in facilities management together with your colleague. Qualifications The role is broad and requires both practical and theoretical competence. We are looking for someone who has: experience working with people in need of support professional expertise in facilities management pedagogical competence good understanding of labor market demands and conditions experience leading work groups experience with documentation and reporting good knowledge of Swedish, preferably with additional language skills We consider it a merit if you have experience from municipal activities, but it is not a requirement. We continuously work to improve our methods and also consider it a merit if you have previously worked according to methods such as MI (Motivational Interviewing), SE (Supported Employment), IPS (Individual Placement and Support), and/or have knowledge from BIP.
