We are looking for someone who can and wants to handle administration in our company. We have been in business for 10 years but have recently changed our corporate structure from a sole proprietorship to a limited company. It is a smaller company that primarily works with home cleaning services, and scheduling is a major part of the job. You need to satisfy customer needs while fitting them into the schedule. You should ideally have experience with scheduling, customer contact, and creating new jobs. You must find it rewarding to puzzle together the most impossible days when things look impossible. We will create the full scope of the position together with you. You must be able to speak Swedish fluently, and English is a merit.
