About the Position As a district nurse with us, you'll have varied and meaningful work where the patient is always the center of focus. The work includes, among other things: Phone advice via TeleQ and guidance through digital chat Work at the district nurse reception Assessment, counseling, and follow-up of patients Collaboration with other professionals at the health center Your expertise in asthma/COPD will be an important part of our continued efforts to offer patients high-quality and person-centered care. The position's hours will be agreed upon with the operations manager. With us, you'll have a role where you work independently and are an important part of a competent team that values collaboration, knowledge exchange, and a good work environment. Occasional shifts at the on-call medical center may occur. Who Are You? We're looking for you—a district nurse with training in asthma/COPD who enjoys a role where you can take your own responsibility while also enjoying collaboration with others.
