About the Position
Would you like to work in an important role within industrial production where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for a blaster for MPA Måleriproduktion. Experience is a plus, but what matters most to us is your attitude and willingness to learn – we offer on-site introduction and training.
Responsibilities
Perform blasting of various materials and components
Prepare surfaces through cleaning and degreasing before treatment
Follow work instructions, drawings, and safety regulations
Packing and handling of parts
Requirements
Good understanding of safety procedures and personal protective equipment
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Ability to work meticulously and independently as well as in a team
Merits
Experience from paint production or blasting
Forklift certification
Traveler certification
The assignment is performed at a client that values a safe, secure, and healthy work environment and therefore applies zero tolerance against drugs. As part of this, a drug test will be conducted in connection with a job offer, as well as a criminal record check.

About You
You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong safety mindset. You enjoy practical work in an industrial environment and have a positive attitude toward helping colleagues and contributing to good order and quality in production. Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks are highly valued.
The blaster position involves work in a demanding environment where it is often dirty, dark, and noisy. You need to be comfortable with practical work and not be afraid to get dirty or pitch in when needed. The tasks are physically demanding and can also be mentally challenging, which requires good stamina, work ethic, and a positive attitude.
Experience with blasting is a plus but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on the right attitude and provide on-site training.

Monday–Friday 05:30–14:00
Monday–Thursday 14:00–23:30
