We are now seeking personal care assistants for a customer living in Mjölby. About the role of personal care assistant As a personal care assistant, you will work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You will assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your responsibilities involve assisting the customer so they can live the life they wish. Job responsibilities Your responsibilities depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They may include anything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, meal preparation, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. We are looking for you: We are seeking someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. It would be advantageous if you share the customer's interests in cooking and gardening. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training about the role of personal care assistant. About the employment The employment type is contingent employment (to start with) and the compensation structure is hourly wages. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: days and evenings, weekdays and weekends. Salary and other employment terms are according to the collective agreement for Personal Care Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
