Production Technician Wanted

About the Position
As a production technician, you will have a central role in the operations with a focus on technical documentation, process development, and production support. You will work closely with production, quality, and other departments to ensure efficient work methods and a well-functioning production.
The position involves a strong focus on documentation, which places high demands on accuracy, structure, and the ability to work methodically.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establish, update, and quality assure technical documentation.
Develop and maintain work instructions and production materials.
Support production with technical questions and process improvements.
Contribute to the implementation of new products and production processes.
Participate in improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and safety.
Ensure that documentation complies with company procedures and standards.
Collaborate across departments to create efficient and sustainable work processes.
We Are Looking for You
We are looking for someone who is organized, thorough, and enjoys working in a technical environment where documentation is an important part of daily work. You have an analytical approach and enjoy creating order, while also being good at collaborating with others.
We believe you have:
Experience from a similar role in manufacturing industry.
Good technical understanding and interest in production processes.
Experience working with technical documentation.
Good computer skills and experience with business or document management systems.
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is a plus if you have:
Experience with improvement work, such as Lean.
Knowledge in quality work and process development.
Experience with ERP or PLM systems.
Technical education in production, mechanical engineering, or similar.
