About the Position Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is that your employment will transition to Indoor, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. About the Introductory Period The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical components to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop skills in: Refrigeration Technology Electrical Systems Piping Systems and System Design Refrigerants and F-Gas Regulations Refrigeration Certificate Category 1 We offer study support throughout the entire introductory period. About the Role As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you will be part of a team of 12 great colleagues. In the role, you will have extensive customer contact and work with most aspects of refrigeration, from maintenance and service to renovations, troubleshooting, and recommendations for action on customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope and you will work in many different types of environments, for example from small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The position also includes extensive documentation and reporting in systems. You are responsible for your own customers and have great freedom in the role while receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To give you the right conditions for the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually familiarize yourself with the organization, customers, and the different types of facilities you work with. You will have access to a vehicle and will drive to your customers' jobs yourself as you settle into the role.
