About the Position Professionals Nord is launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the Refrigeration Technician role. You will then be employed via Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transition to Indoor, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. We know from experience that your personal qualities are decisive for your success. About the Introductory Period The introductory period is built on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical elements to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period you will develop skills in areas such as: Refrigeration Technology Electrical Systems Piping Systems and System Design Refrigerants and F-Gas Regulations Refrigeration Certificate Category 1 We offer study support throughout the entire introductory period. The company has existed since 1990, has approximately 200 employees, and serves over 10,000 properties throughout Sweden. With broad technical expertise and local presence, Indoor operates with the vision of creating Sweden's most energy-efficient properties. About the Position As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you will be part of the service department consisting of 8 technicians. In this role, you will have extensive customer contact and work with most aspects of refrigeration, from maintenance, service, and modifications to investigations, troubleshooting, and action proposals on customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope and you will work in many different types of environments, from small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The role also includes significant documentation and reporting in systems. You are responsible for your own customers and have great freedom in the role while receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To give you the right conditions in the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually learn the organization, customers, and the various types of facilities you work with. You will have access to a vehicle and will drive yourself to your customers' job sites once you have settled into the role. We Are Looking for You If You Are 18 years of age or older Have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Have a strong interest in making a career change to Refrigeration Technician Hold a valid Class B driver's license Have passed required tests (MAP & Matrigma) Have passed background screening We believe that your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive during the introductory period and as a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor.
