Job Information Professionals Nord is launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introduction period with Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transfer to Indoor, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Introduction Period Information The introduction period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical components are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop within areas such as: Refrigeration Technology Electrical Systems Piping Systems and System Configuration Refrigerants and F-gas Regulation Refrigeration Certificate Category 1 We offer the opportunity for study support throughout the introduction period. Job Information As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor Stockholm, you will be part of the service department consisting of 20 technicians. In this role, you will have frequent contact with customers and work with most aspects of refrigeration, from maintenance, service, and renovations to investigations, troubleshooting, and improvement proposals on customers' various installations. Each assignment varies in scope, and you will work in many different types of environments, from small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The role also includes extensive documentation and reporting in systems. You are responsible for your own customers and have great freedom in the role while receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To give you the right conditions in the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually learn the organization, the customers, and the different types of installations you work with. You will have access to a vehicle and will drive yourself to your customers' job sites once you have settled into the role.
