Job Information Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introduction period via Satellite Group, you'll develop the skills needed to quickly become confident in the tasks required for the Refrigeration Technician role. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Indoor for at least 18 months. Job Information As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you'll become part of a team of 12 great colleagues. In this role, you'll have extensive customer contact and work with most aspects of refrigeration—from maintenance, service, and renovations to investigations, troubleshooting, and recommendations for improvements on customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope, and you'll work in many different types of environments, from small restaurant kitchens to large industries and property management companies. The role also includes significant documentation and reporting in systems. You'll be responsible for your own customers and have considerable freedom in the role while receiving close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To give you the right conditions in the role, you'll initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually get to know the organization, customers, and the different types of facilities you'll work with. You'll have access to a vehicle and will travel to your customers' sites on your own once you've settled into the role.
