We are looking for someone who is self-directed and confident in your clinical work. You enjoy taking responsibility, making your own decisions, and driving your patients forward, while also appreciating having colleagues around you to support and discuss cases with when needed.
You share your experiences, discuss your assessments, and are happy to help colleagues think one step further. Not because you need to have all the answers – but because we believe the whole team gets better when knowledge is shared.

Who Are You?
You are a licensed veterinarian with several years of experience in clinical small animal practice.
You are confident in your professional role, experienced at working independently, and comfortable making your own decisions.
You are curious and enjoy continuing to learn, even if you have been a veterinarian for a long time.
You enjoy collaborating and see the value in discussing patients with colleagues – not because you need someone to make decisions for you, but because two wise heads are sometimes simply better than one.
