No. LV40003439279 INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT Quality Control Physician (profession code 1342 03) Quality and Risk Management Department for an indefinite period (full-time) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: monitor, analyze, and improve medical documentation and the quality of medical treatment and care services at the Hospital, performing quality checks of medical records and ensuring their compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical practice standards; review and analyze adverse events, ensuring their evaluation in accordance with the Hospital's established procedures, in collaboration with department heads and specialists; participate in clinical and other internal audits in accordance with the Hospital's approved requirements, participate in the analysis of non-conformities or observations identified during audits and in the development of corrective measures; organize and conduct patient and client feedback analysis, ensuring their review, preparation of responses to complaints; evaluate changes in the Hospital's operations in the field of medical service provision and, if necessary, timely prepare changes to the Medical Institutions Register. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: higher medical education; valid physician certificate in one of the core specialties; knowledge of the requirements of the Republic of Latvia regulatory acts, international standards and guidelines that regulate medical processes and medical documentation in medical institutions; knowledge and skills in statistical data processing; knowledge and skills in change management; knowledge and skills in document preparation; state language proficiency at the advanced level, C1; computer skills: text processing programs, using email, using internet browsers, as well as working in Windows environment, and in specialized Information Systems; ability to independently and rationally organize your work; ability to build and maintain effective communication with colleagues, engage in teamwork; friendly and helpful attitude.
