Requirements for Candidates:
Higher education in healthcare: professional physician qualification or master's degree in healthcare management, nursing, public health, or another healthcare field. Additional education in healthcare management or medical institution management will be considered an advantage;
registration in the Medical Professionals Register;
Latvian language proficiency at level C1.1;
health status and psychological characteristics that meet the requirements set by the Cabinet of Ministers (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 219 of 10.03.2009 "Procedure for Mandatory Health Examinations");
ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare team work;
skill in planning, organizing, and improving healthcare work processes;
ability to make substantiated decisions and resolve problem situations;
good collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
high sense of responsibility, precision, analytical thinking, ability to work in high-intensity conditions.
