Gnutti Carlo Group in Södra Vi is one of Europe's leading companies in die casting and Sweden's largest die casting facility. We are now seeking a tool technician for our maintenance department! Gnutti Carlo Group in Södra Vi's tool department is looking for a technically skilled person. In this role, your main tasks will consist of service, repair, and maintenance work on vacuum valves. You will also work with casting tools and machines. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other personnel in the maintenance department and in production. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month fixed-term contract during daytime hours during the training period. It is a full-time position with night shift scheduling. We are looking for someone who… …has experience working as a toolmaker or tool technician, or has other workshop experience deemed relevant. You have completed a workshop technical or automotive technical upper secondary education or equivalent and have practical experience with assembly/disassembly. If you also have welding experience (TIG), that's a plus. Knowledge of machine technology and mechanical machining are also advantageous.
