WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a tool assembler, you will work with assembly and finishing of custom tools. The role demands high standards of accuracy, technical understanding, and a structured approach, where each project is unique and quality is always the focus. Your main responsibilities will be: Assemble and finish custom tools according to drawings and specifications. Ensure that tools maintain high quality and functionality. Work with precision mechanical assembly and adjustments. Collaborate with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient workflow. Contribute to order, quality, and continuous improvements in operations. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with several years of experience in tool assembly or similar technical work. You have a good understanding of mechanics and enjoy working carefully with products where precision is essential. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Several years of experience in tool assembly or similar work. Good technical understanding and experience reading drawings. Experience with assembly requiring high quality standards. A careful, responsible, and solution-oriented work approach. Good collaboration skills while enjoying working independently.
