About the Position
As CEO at ITH, you will be ultimately responsible for the operations—both strategically and operatively. You lead the organization, develop the business, and ensure that the company has the right structure, offerings, and direction forward. The operations are broad and consist of education, analysis, testing, and the industry magazine Fluid Scandinavia. Education is the core and the part that drives the business, and where there is also the greatest development potential going forward—not least within digitalization and e-learning.
In this role, you work closely with the board chair and have a team of approximately 12 employees. It is a role where you are expected to be both a leader and a driving force in the organization. You will have strong support from the existing organization in its various functions.
Responsibilities
The role entails broad responsibility where you combine leadership, business development, and operational management.
You are expected to, among other things:
Lead and develop the organization and create structure and clarity
Drive and further develop the educational operations
Be curious about digitalization and the digitalization journey that can be undertaken
Responsible for finances, budgets, forecasts, and follow-up
Identify new business opportunities and develop the educational offerings
Beyond this, you have an important role in developing digital working methods and ensuring that the operations remain relevant in a changing market.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience from a leadership role who thrives in a broad position where you can combine strategy with operational work. Experience and knowledge of hydraulics is considered a merit, as hydraulics is a major focus area at ITH.

Work experience from similar positions
Several years of leadership experience
A technical education
Good understanding of finances and business
You have the ability to conduct qualified conversations with customers and partners in the field. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
