Grannhjälpen is Granngården's service offering that gives our customers peace of mind throughout their ownership of garden machinery. We are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented workshop technician for our workshop in Karlskrona.
Do you have experience with servicing and repairing engines, a genuine interest in technology, and enjoy helping customers find the right solution? Then you might be who we're looking for!
About the role
As a workshop technician with us, you'll be an important part of our service team. You work independently with servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of garden machinery, while contributing to a positive customer experience and good collaboration with colleagues.
No two days are the same – your tasks vary between simple maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and customer contact.
Your main responsibilities
Troubleshooting combustion engines and battery-powered machinery
Servicing, repair, and component replacement
Diagnostics and troubleshooting of robotic lawn mowers
Testing and quality assurance after completed work
Documentation and registration in our systems
Collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient workflows
Customer advice and contact
You will work with products such as robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, lawn mowers, and other garden machinery.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, thorough, and enjoys solving problems. You're comfortable working both independently and with others, and you're driven by finding solutions that make a difference for the customer.
For success in this role, we see that you:
Have experience servicing and repairing combustion engines
Have good technical understanding and troubleshooting experience
Have good computer skills
Speech and writing proficiency in Swedish
