About the Position
As a carpenter, you will perform assembly, construction, and repairs both internally and on-site assignments. The work includes everything from simple building and repair work to more advanced carpentry projects depending on the scope of the assignment. You collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, work orders, and applicable quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform carpentry work such as assembly, cutting, adjustment, and fastening
Assemble kitchens, interior fittings, doors, windows, and other building components
Perform maintenance and repair work both indoors and outdoors
Follow drawings, work descriptions, and safety procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to plan work and ensure high quality
Maintain order and care for tools, and report material needs
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in carpentry or construction who is comfortable with tools and practical work. Craft skills from previous assignments or education in the building and carpentry field are advantageous. Driver's License B is often a requirement as work may involve transportation to job sites.
