About the Client Company Råda Industries is an established mechanical workshop specializing in prototype and contract manufacturing. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work with varied workshop tasks and manual machining. You will work with drilling, countersinking, and tapping, as well as various practical tasks that occur in the workshop. Semi-manual milling, support turning, and manual rolling may also occur. The work is varied and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across several parts of the manufacturing process. You work with different types of hand tools and workshop equipment and therefore need to be comfortable working practically and carefully. Blueprint reading and work based on manufacturing documentation may occur, and depending on your experience and development, there is also the opportunity to learn more about CNC milling and turning machines. Your Profile Above all, we are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who enjoys working practically. You don't need several years of experience from the workshop industry – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are curious, and have a willingness to learn. You are practically inclined and comfortable using different types of tools and equipment. Perhaps you have previously worked in industry, workshops, or production, or you have a technical interest from, for example, your spare time and now want to develop within industry. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and engaged in your work. You take instructions well and are not afraid to ask when you need to learn something new. You enjoy working both independently and together with others and are happy to contribute where needed. Experience in workshop work and blueprint reading is meriting but not required. The most important thing is that you are handy, technically curious, and have the desire to develop.
