You are responsible for budget, results, and KPI monitoring while leading, coaching, and developing the team toward common goals. You ensure an efficient and well-functioning operation where customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability are in focus. The role involves close collaboration with other departments and continuous work on developing processes, procedures, and working methods to achieve the best possible results.
