YaaBil Group AB is seeking a workshop manager/service advisor for our workshop in Knivsta.
You will have a central role in the business where you are the link between customers, mechanics, and the company. Your Role
As a workshop manager/service advisor, you will be responsible together with the team for daily operations and ensuring the workshop works efficiently toward set goals.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Customer reception, booking, and customer contact
Planning and allocation of work
Work orders, quotes, and cost estimates
Monitoring ongoing work and customer feedback
Selling and following up on recommended work
Warranty and insurance matters
Financial monitoring and budget management
Leading, supporting, and developing the workshop team
Ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
You should not just administer the workshop – you should actively drive it forward.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and business-minded. You can handle a fast pace, prioritize correctly, and provide both customers and employees with professional treatment.
We would like to see that you:
Have good knowledge of cars and vehicle technology
Have experience from the automotive or workshop industry
Have experience with customer reception/service advisory
Have experience with workshop operations and planning
Understand economics, sales, and profitability
Have good computer skills and interest in digital solutions
Are communicative and have good collaboration abilities
Hold a category B driver's license
Previous experience as a car mechanic/vehicle technician is highly desirable. For the workshop manager role, we would like to see experience with personnel, results, or budget responsibility.
Language
You need to master Swedish very well, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily contact with customers, employees, and partners.
Good English skills are desirable.
