Responsibilities and Tasks: You will be responsible for the workshop, production, and personnel management. This includes planning and logistics responsibility for manufacturing, personnel management such as leave, recruitment, employee meetings, etc. Working with production for the construction and industrial sector means that changes can occur in both design and scheduling, which means that as workshop manager you have a holistic perspective and are flexible in planning. This requires order and organization, structure, and thoroughness in your work. To assist you, you will have planners, coordinators, supervisors, the CEO, and skilled workshop personnel, and you will also have customer contacts. The work is teamwork. You are also responsible for holding meetings, informing, and following up on operations. Background and Experience: You have extensive experience in logistics and personnel responsibility in production or similar. You have good computer skills, experience with production planning software such as IPAK or similar, and experience with payroll software Agda and Docup is a merit. It is also a merit if you are knowledgeable in labor law and collective agreements. As a person, you are stress-resilient, flexible, confident, thorough, and have clear communication. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
