About the Position As a workshop worker at Swecrom, you will work with preparing parts for electrolytic surface coating, also called hard chromium plating. The work is varied and you will have the opportunity to develop within several areas through job rotation. Your work tasks may include: Preparation and handling of parts for surface treatment Machine processing Surface treatment Simple welding Maintenance and mechanical work Forklift and overhead crane operation Drawing reading Self-inspections to ensure quality in the work performed Safety has the highest priority and you are expected to follow the company's safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and contribute to a clean and orderly workplace. About You We are looking for someone with training or experience from production or workshop industry. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work and enjoys collaborating with others. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Are meticulous, flexible, and solution-oriented Take responsibility and can work independently Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude Have a B-class driver's license Have forklift and overhead crane certification Merits Experience with measuring techniques Training and/or experience in CNC Experience with TIG welding We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
