Workshop Manager

As Workshop Manager at KVA Riv & Håltagning, you're responsible for the company's workshop and tool inventory in Västerås. You'll be the person ensuring that equipment, machinery, and materials are in place, functioning properly, and ready to be used on projects. Your main responsibilities include: Service, repair, and maintain the company's machinery and tools. Manage the workshop's daily operations and create order and structure. Oversee the company's tool inventory, from air cleaners to floor saws and other equipment. Order spare parts, materials, and consumables. Keep track of inventory and stocktaking. When needed, transport equipment and materials to job sites. We believe you'll succeed in this role if you have: Experience with repair, service, or maintenance of machinery, vehicles, or technical equipment. A strong mechanical interest and good problem-solving skills. A Class B driver's license. The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work environment. It's a plus if you've worked as an automotive mechanic, service technician, or with construction machinery. A Class C driver's license is beneficial, but most importantly, you have the desire to develop. For the right person, there's an opportunity to receive support for obtaining a Class C license over time. We're looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and organized.
