This is a key role in our management team with broad responsibility for how QICON as a company functions and develops. You will work closely with the CEO and drive the development of the company's structure, working methods, business systems, organization, and shared support functions. You will not be responsible for operational project production. Your mission is to build the company that makes the projects possible. Your Mission You are responsible for developing the company's internal operations and creating conditions for continued growth. The role encompasses four main areas: · Business development and governance · Business systems and digitalization · Shared resources and operational support · Organization and employees This includes developing our management system, further developing our business system QISY, driving change initiatives, and continuously improving how the company functions – from our working methods and employee processes to our shared support functions. What ties everything you're responsible for together is creating the best possible conditions for our project managers, craftspeople, and other employees to succeed. You will also be the direct manager of our materials manager. Your task is to create structure, develop operations, and ensure that the company's shared support functions work efficiently. We believe you have · An academic degree from a college or university, for example in business administration, industrial economics, law, management, or another relevant field. · Experience developing operations, processes, or organizations and driving change initiatives. · Experience with personnel responsibility or experience with employer responsibility. · The ability to create structure and turn ideas into functioning working methods. · A strong interest in digitalization and how technology can develop companies. · Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and good English proficiency. · A valid driver's license (category B).
