Position Description We are seeking a business development manager/project manager. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, directives, and EU standards, as well as relevant information security rules. You ensure that the process can perform its core mission and that it evolves when gaps are identified, such as during incidents, audits, complaints, or as a result of changes in the external environment or implemented strategy. The work involves gathering knowledge from the product support team, conducting control reviews and compiling annual reports, as well as developing and maintaining regulatory documentation. You contribute expertise in requirements definition for process and product development. You monitor the process performance, conduct cost analyses, and perform risk assessments. The role also includes conducting information security classification with support from the information security function, modeling processes, concepts and information, and developing continuity plans for the processes and products you are responsible for. Networking within relevant areas is part of the assignment. Furthermore, you work with continuous improvement through customer dialogues and other forms of interaction, develop goals and capture improvement initiatives, and drive the process forward in both larger and smaller projects. You are responsible for creating and detailing features, including rules and dependencies, and for handing these over to the delivery teams. You follow up on implementation and documentation of improvements, ensure that desired results are achieved over time, and lead retrospectives and experience reflection to contribute to a learning organization. Mandatory Requirements You have at least five years of experience working with agile methodologies. You have current experience documenting and structuring processes. You have experience with concepts, rules, and information models according to the Astrakan method related to business development. You have experience leading and driving feasibility studies, workshops, or projects. You have experience working goal-oriented and following up results, meaning you can clearly demonstrate how you have previously worked to achieve goals and followed up on results. You have experience writing analyses, decision support documents, and reports. You have at least four years of experience working with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Visual Studio, or similar tools. You have at least four years of experience with Astrakan development methodology. Your Application Does the role sound interesting and suitable?
