We are now seeking an Operations Development Manager with passion and expertise to continue developing our operations and be an integral part of our work in healthcare transformation. Responsibilities As an Operations Development Manager, you will work within two operational areas: Child and Youth Habilitation with ten clinics and Adult Habilitation with four clinics in Västra Götaland. These operational areas work closely together. As an Operations Development Manager, you will report organizationally to the Operations Manager and be part of the management team. Your work will involve supporting the Operations Managers in strategic efforts to achieve established goals. In consultation with the Operations Managers, you will drive, implement, and coordinate operational work regarding quality development, patient safety, production planning, digitalization, and logistics. Your work will be conducted in close collaboration with other operations development managers in the department and the development function, R&D function, knowledge organization, as well as with unit managers and staff. Qualifications We seek candidates with at least three years of relevant higher education in a licensed profession. Formal competence through education in quality-driven operations development, equivalent to 15-30 credits, is a merit, as is experience with project and development work. We also value experience in the habilitation field. We prefer candidates with training in risk and incident analysis and experience with deviation work in Medcontrol Pro, as well as knowledge of the Nitha web application. You should have a willingness to lead staff and managers through change and a genuine interest in process development and operations development.
