About the Role Do you want to help develop primary care for the future? Now you have a unique opportunity to work as a business development manager in a newly established unit with the mission to coordinate and strengthen development work across primary care in Region Dalarna. You'll be part of a team that together contributes to developing and establishing the unit's working methods. Key Responsibilities As a business development manager, you play a central role in driving and coordinating development and improvement initiatives within the Primary Care Division. You work closely with the operations and serve as an important link between strategic goals and practical implementation. The position is located in the new unit and works in close collaboration with an education director and development and education strategist, who is also your direct manager. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and coordinating local and division-wide development projects - Driving improvement work in close dialogue with the operations - Following up and evaluating development initiatives - Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data as a basis for decision-making - Working with process mapping and development of efficient working methods - Providing support during implementation of new routines, guidelines, and knowledge resources - Contributing to experience sharing and dissemination of best practices within the organization About the Position You are responsible for ensuring the operational perspective in development work and anchoring changes throughout the organization. The role may involve both geographic responsibility and thematic focus depending on operational needs. Work location is flexible and will be determined in dialogue based on the assignment and operational needs. Travel within the region is a natural part of the assignment. Qualifications Requirements: - University degree in healthcare, project management, or other relevant field - Driver's license category B Meritorious: - Further education in improvement science, project management, or change management - Experience with improvement work in healthcare, preferably primary care - Experience leading workshops and working closely with operational teams - Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data - Knowledge of national guidelines and management systems in healthcare Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
