Our cross-professional approach is an important success factor and you will work with several different functions to create the best possible support for the operations. In the role, you will, among other things: - Be responsible for monitoring changes in LSS legislation and drive implementation and monitoring of legal requirements in the organization. - Coordinate contacts with IVO, participate in inspections and audits, and support managers and operations before, during, and after supervisory processes. - Initiate, lead, and participate in investigations related to quality and development issues. - Support operations and managers in quality development work and improvement processes. - Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of working methods, routines, and processes. - Participate in the organization's systematic quality work and contribute to ensuring high quality in our operations. About You We are looking for someone who has a degree in social work or other higher education that we consider equivalent. You have several years of experience working in LSS or other similar activities within social care. You have good knowledge of social legislation and experience with quality and development work in an organization where legal requirements, quality, and the individual's needs are central. We particularly value it if you have experience with: - LSS permit applications. - Supervisory processes and cooperation with IVO. - Business development and quality work within social care. - Implementation of new working methods, routines, or processes. - Investigation work and analysis. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and driven. You have the ability to independently drive issues forward while appreciating collaboration with others and contributing to shared results. You are communicative, pedagogical, and good at building trusting relationships with managers, colleagues, and other partners. You thrive in a role where you can combine specialist knowledge with operations-oriented development work and where you have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results. Our Offer With us, you get a role with great opportunity to influence and develop the organization. You become part of a quality unit with broad specialist expertise and close collaboration between different professions. We offer a varied and developmental role where you can work with both breadth and depth. Here you have the opportunity to follow the work all the way – from identified needs and analysis to implemented change and achieved results.
