We are approximately 45 employees at Blekingetrafiken, but we employ about 700 people as our traffic services are procured so that other transport companies operate on Blekingetrafiken's behalf. About the Job As a Business Development Manager – Customer Experience, you are responsible for developing and strengthening the customer perspective within public transportation. You analyze customer needs, behaviors, trends, and external changes, and translate these insights into prioritized development areas, concrete improvements, and development initiatives that strengthen customer experience, customer value, and the desire to travel by public transit. You plan, prioritize, and coordinate customer-related initiatives, which may include leading projects, assignments, and cross-functional working groups. An important part of the role is to build strong collaborations and coordinate the customer perspective with other parts of the organization, while clarifying customer benefits, goals, and expected outcomes. We are looking for someone with strong customer focus who thrives with driving development in a complex organization where many perspectives need to be balanced. About You We are looking for someone with relevant education in, for example, social sciences, organization, or another field that the employer considers relevant. Other experience and competencies that the employer deems equivalent are also relevant. You have experience with business development, customer experience, change management, or similar, preferably from a larger or complex organization. It is a merit if you have experience working closely with people and different target groups, with dialogue and collaboration, and have the ability to understand and translate different needs and perspectives into development work.
