To better meet the needs of residents and develop more accessible, close, and cohesive care, we are dividing elderly care into two focus areas: special housing and support in ordinary housing. In this role, you work as a business development manager within elderly care as a whole and get a key position in our continued development work. DUTIES As a business development manager within elderly care, you have a central role in driving and developing the operation. You are responsible for leading, coordinating, and following up on development work, processes, and projects in a structured way, and ensuring that the operation works in line with made decisions, applicable legislation, and the municipality's goals. You lead quality work within elderly care and collaborate closely with operations managers and unit managers to develop and strengthen the operation. The role includes developing and improving routines and governing documents, conducting analyses, following up results, and producing statistics that contribute to the operation's development. You are also responsible for planning and implementing training initiatives and providing support to operations managers in ongoing follow-up work, for example in operational planning, monthly reporting, and annual follow-ups. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have an academic education with a degree in an area that the employer considers relevant. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. For this position, a Class B driving license is also required as travel is part of the job. We would like to see that you have experience leading and/or participating in investigation, follow-up, and/or development work, and have good IT skills. It is desirable that you have previously worked in operational and follow-up systems. It is also desirable that you have experience with educational work and working in a politically governed organization. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to plan and drive your work independently and take responsibility for achieving set goals. You make well-founded decisions within your area of responsibility and work in a solution-oriented manner. Furthermore, you are independent, efficient, and structured in your work and identify and organize the resources needed to perform tasks that lead to results. As a person, you enjoy collaborating with others and like to share your knowledge and experiences. You are receptive to others' views and competencies, communicate clearly, and contribute to an open and constructive working climate. You work carefully and with high quality focus and ensure that your work maintains a high standard and strive to deliver good results. Salary form: Monthly salary.
