Your focus may be in business development, change management, or a combination of both. What you have in common is that you thrive at the intersection of business, people, and IT, and have the ability to translate needs and goals into concrete change. In the role, you will work with, for example, IT-related change initiatives, feasibility studies, business processes, management systems, and the implementation of new working methods or systems. You work closely with the customer's organization and help create structure, alignment, and momentum – from current state and needs through implementation, follow-up, and long-term impact. Examples of work tasks: Lead and coordinate business development and change initiatives Map current state and identify and analyze improvement areas Develop and improve business processes, working methods, and governance Create alignment and engagement across affected parts of the organization Support managers and employees through change and implementation of new working methods or systems Ensure transition from project to operations and long-term operational management Develop approaches for follow-up and benefit realization We are looking for someone with: Relevant higher education or equivalent experience At least five years of relevant experience in business development, change management, or related fields Experience independently driving change or development initiatives Experience with IT-related projects, digitalization, or system implementations Solid understanding of project management, process development, and change work Experience with established project or change management methodologies such as PPS, PROPS, PRINCE2, ADKAR, or Prosci is a plus, as is experience from the public sector. The role requires that you are able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as you will work closely with both customers and colleagues across different parts of the organization. As a person, you are comfortable in the consultant role and experienced in quickly getting up to speed in new operations and contexts. You work in a structured and independent manner while also having a talent for building trust and bringing people along. You can communicate with leadership, operations, and technical specialists alike, and you adapt your approach based on situation, organization, and assignment. Who are we at Nexer in Linköping?
