We are now seeking an IT Business Developer with a focus on project management who wants to help shape our new unit and lead exciting digitalization projects that create real value for citizens and employees in Nyköping Municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Business Developer, you will lead and drive IT and digitalization projects from idea/feasibility study through implementation and handover. You will plan, monitor, and manage projects regarding timeline, cost, quality, and risk; report to steering committees and management; and coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure projects deliver value to the organization.
You will map and analyze business processes together with representatives from operations, identify efficiency and digitalization opportunities, develop new ways of working, and plan and drive change initiatives. The role includes workshops, needs analysis, documentation of processes and requirements, and monitoring of benefit realization. You will serve as an important link between the business and IT organization and contribute to the development of methods within business development and project management.
You have a positive, engaged, and constructive approach, are driven and see opportunities in challenges, have experience with agile methodologies and change management, and are skilled at translating business needs into IT solutions and leading projects that deliver value. You thrive working both independently and in teams, are excellent at leading workshops and dialogues, and have a genuine interest in digitalization's potential to develop the public sector.

QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory requirements are a B driver's license, upper secondary education, experience leading and driving IT and digitalization projects, and excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
It is advantageous if you have experience or education in one or more of the following areas:
- Relevant university degree in IT or digital business development, or other education considered equivalent.
- Project management training or certifications.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience in change management and leading people through change.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
- Experience leading and driving IT technical solutions.
- Knowledge in digital transformation and business development.
- Experience documenting processes, requirements, and solution proposals, and reporting to steering committees.
- Experience with procurements and contracts.
