Within the Reimbursement Development area, which is part of the agency's benefit fraud division, you will be part of a unit with other business development specialists distributed across two locations in Sweden. Our mission includes investigating and analyzing needs for change as well as reporting and planning how they should be implemented. In daily work, you will develop and manage the agency's business products to best support operational activities.
Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration
As a business development specialist, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing Försäkringskassan's vision and mission. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities.
You will be part of a team that jointly plans and implements development activities with and without IT components. The team is responsible for conducting long-term development work and ongoing management of existing business products. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, participating in preparations, follow-ups, and annual reporting.
This is a job for you who want to work in a team-based setting with different types of assignments.
We are looking for someone who
has a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
has several years of experience working in the current operational area and/or business development
has experience implementing new working methods and regulations
has good knowledge of project management and different forms of collaboration

has the ability to build a useful network
can understand and analyze complex issues
brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development

has good communication skills, both verbal and written.

have experience writing reports

have experience driving major development initiatives
have experience with process development
have experience with legal work.

Other Information
A permanent position, full-time, with start date by agreement. A trial period may be applicable.
