Qualifications To succeed as a business development manager, you need a strong ability to structure, plan, and drive complex development processes. You work systematically and have the ability to see the big picture without losing focus on important details. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, which requires you to be communicative and able to express yourself clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. You have a natural aptitude for creating and maintaining good collaborations and thrive in an environment where cooperation is key to achieving results. As a person, you are self-driven, take initiative for improvements, and understand the importance of anchoring and involving others in change work. We also value curiosity, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach. You are driven, curious, and want to make a difference. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies for business development in elderly care, identify and propose new solutions and methods to optimize care and services. You collaborate closely with management to ensure that the organization's goals are met and participate in the management group. Additionally, you are responsible for analyzing and evaluating processes and results in the organization. We are looking for someone with experience from elderly care and municipal health and medical services as well as academic education in the field. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have good leadership skills. You can work both independently and in a team and share our commitment to improving quality of life for the elderly. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
