About the role
You'll be part of the Process Development and Evaluation unit together with other business development professionals. At the same time, you'll work in a cross-functional team within Vinnova's agile product organization. Together with colleagues from different functions and areas of expertise, you'll contribute to developing Vinnova's operations to meet future needs.
In this role, you drive and coordinate development initiatives focused on digitalization and business development. You analyze the organization's needs, challenges, and development opportunities. You translate ideas into concrete improvements and drive the development from need identification through testing, learning, and implementation of new ways of working and digital solutions. An important part of the role is to support the organization in understanding and leveraging the opportunities that new technology creates.
Examples of work tasks:
- Explore organizational needs through dialogues, workshops, and analyses.
- Identify how AI, automation, and other digital solutions can create business value and develop work methods.
- Develop concrete development initiatives together with digital product teams and other stakeholders.
- Develop and test hypotheses, simple prototypes, or visualizations together with users in the organization before broader implementation.
- Support managers, process owners, and employees in understanding, anchoring, and using new ways of working in practice.
- Follow up that new work methods and digital solutions create intended benefits and adjust direction based on lessons learned and achieved results.
Qualification requirements
- Academic education in a relevant field or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience translating organizational needs into concrete proposals or development materials.
- Experience with business development related to digital solutions.
- Experience handling complex problems and translating analysis into sustainable solutions.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as iterative development, effects management, and hypothesis-driven work.
- Experience with iterative work, for example formulating hypotheses, testing solutions, and learning from results.
- Experience working with prototypes, low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Figma, or similar) or other digital development tools.
- Strong ability to collaborate with both operational and technical roles.
- Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and create engagement among different stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English. You express yourself well in speech and writing in both languages.
Meritorious qualifications
- Experience with renewal work in a complex organization.
- Experience in a similar role in a public agency, municipality, region, or other organization with high demands for transparency, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with user-centered development and involving the organization in change work.
- Experience with practical application of generative AI or AI-based tools in business development.
- Experience with AI-supported prototype development, for example through vibe coding.

Placement
We apply a hybrid work model where remote work is combined with office work. At least half of your working time should be spent at our activity-based office at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56 in Stockholm, a few minutes' walk from Central Station.
Employment
The position is a permanent employment. A six-month probation period applies.
